All electronically documented Personal Information generated by us, for the purposes stated above, such as order forms, invoices, and contracts, is stored securely on password protected devices. Invoices and receipts will be kept for a minimum of 7 years for tax purposes, however all other documents, emails and messages will be deleted after a period of 3 years.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform which allows us to advertise our products and services to you and allows you to contact us. If you choose to contact us through Facebook or Facebook messenger, all messages will be deleted after a period of 3 years. Any invoices or Receipts sent to you by us will be retained securely by us for a minimum of 7 years for tax purposes.
