Jovi is created using modelling paste and just a few basic cake decorating tools, Balling tool, Dresden tool, rolling pin, and paintbrushes. (see picture)

 

 The tutorial uses cake dummies to reduce unnecessary waste during the writing process, however the details of how to decorate the dummy are the same as if it were cake, and are included within the tutorial.
