A self-taught creator of sugar whizziness.
I started cake decorating around 14 years ago just for fun, then one day I decided to challenge myself and enter Cake International.
I was ecstatic to be awarded gold for my sculpted novelty cake, due to the fantastic response I had from everyone I decided to log my competition entries and sugar creations on social media.
In 2014 I set up my Facebook page…Sugarwhizz followed shortly by Twitter and Instagram.
After receiving a further 4 Gold awards for subsequent entries into Cake International I soon started receiving requests for classes and tutorials and in January 2015 I quit my day job to follow my dream of setting up my own sugarcraft and cake decorating tuition business.

Since then Sugarwhizz has gone from strength to strength winning more awards, featuring in numerous magazines and newspapers. From 2017-2021 I represented Saracino as a Brand Ambassador. In 2019 I successfully completed my training with Cake International and proudly became a Cake International Judge.
